My wife’s best friend came down from NJ to visit us in Texas from 2/9–2/14, and it felt like picking up a conversation we started back in 2000. 

We’ve known each other that long, and somehow my wife and she still never run out of things to talk about — especially during the drives from Kyle to Dallas and back.

They hit the Fort Worth longhorn parade, spent a night in the Dallas area, squeezed in as much golf as possible, wandered through Wimberley for brunch and shopping, and soaked in the Hill Country nature. 

Wrapped it all up with Salt Lick BBQ and a final lunch at Hays City Store.
