We had an enjoyable crab and fishing trip to Corpus Christi with our company colleagues and their kids. Although we didn’t catch many crabs, we were successful in fishing big red drums and black drums. The following day, we gathered together to savor a delicious meal of sashimi, fried fish, and steamed crabs. While the crab meat wasn’t as fat as expected, it appears that crab season may not have fully arrived yet.
