Two weeks ago, it was shocked to discover a cracked glass panel on the Santa Fe roof, and still no idea what caused the damage. The replacement part from Hyundai cost $450, and there was an additional labor fee of $250 to install the new glass panel. Anyway, it is nice to see it fully

The outdoor shade has been installed in front of the entrance screen.  Hope that it will effectively block the Taxus sun and provide some much-needed shade.

Patio Tile Works on 5/16-5/18. Simple, but so had to overcome the hardship of physical tireness. Finally done, great to see the nice changes.
